CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By filling out the feedback form, the User undertakes to accept

this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Consent). Acceptance of the Consent offer is the provision of personal data in feedback forms posted on the website.

The user gives his consent to JSC "Astrakhan Region Development Corporation", which is located at: 414000, Astrakhan region, Astrakhan, Ulyanov str., 10, room 23 - to process his personal data with the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given to the processing of personal data both without and with the use of automation tools.

2. Consent to the processing of the User's personal data is given only and exclusively for the purpose of responding to the User's requests through the feedback form on the website.

3. The basis for processing personal data are: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "About Personal Data".

4. Consent is given to the processing of the following data:

  • Last Name First Name Patronymic
  • Contact phone numbers
  • Email addresses

During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, change), extraction,

use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction — all mentioned options are only for the purposes specified in paragraph 2 of this agreement.

Consent. The transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation or with the consent of the User.

6. Personal data is processed until all necessary procedures are completed. Processing can also be terminated at the User's request. The storage of personal data recorded on paper is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FZ "On Archival

in the Russian Federation" and other normative legal acts in the field of archival business and archival storage. JSC Astrakhan Region Development Corporation takes all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, modification or destruction.

7. Consent is given, among other things, for the possible cross-border transfer of personal data and information (advertising) alerts.

8. The Consent may be revoked by the User or his representative by sending a written application to JSC Astrakhan Region Development Corporation or his representative at the address indicated in the preamble of this Consent.

9. If the User or his representative withdraws Consent to the processing of personal data, JSC Astrakhan Region Development Corporation has the right to continue processing without the User's permission if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152—FZ "On personal data" dated 06/26/2006

10. This Consent is valid all the time until the termination of the processing of personal data for the reasons specified in paragraph 9 of this document.
