The Investment Declaration of the Astrakhan Region has been developed in accordance with the list of instructions of the President of the Russian Federation following the results of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum of 26 June 2021, No. Pr-1096, and Order No. 591 of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of 30 September 2021 «On the system of support for new investment projects in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation («Regional Investment Standard»)».
