The investment declaration was developed in accordance with the list of instructions of the President of the Russian Federation following the results of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum dated 06/26/2021 No. Pr-1096 and the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated 30.09.2021 No. 591 "On the system of support for new investment projects in the subjects of the Russian Federation ("Regional Investment Standard")".
