Selection of sites and land plots
The Corporation provides investors with a unique opportunity to quickly select potential vacant sites throughout the Astrakhan region for the implementation of specific investment projects. At the same time, relevant sites are selected taking into account all the parameters and requirements of the project, including the territorial location, availability of the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure, related industries, etc.
We also offer investors the most interesting land plots in the territories of the special economic zone of the industrial production type "Lotus", the port special economic zone included in the Caspian cluster from the point of view of obtaining benefits and preferences in the implementation of the investment project. Large Russian and foreign companies are already implementing investment projects in the SEZ territories.
The Corporation has a database of land plots for agricultural, tourism, industrial and other activities. Our specialists form investment platforms based on data provided by the executive authorities and the administration of municipalities of the Astrakhan region. In addition, individuals and legal entities place their own proposals in the corporation's database.
The selection service is comprehensive and includes the following items:

Investor's contact with the site owner We will organize a meeting of the investor with the copyright holder, with officials of the municipality
