OBJECTIVE: to create a favorable environment for increasing the inflow of investments to the Astrakhan region through the introduction of the best Russian and international practices of interaction between regional authorities and entrepreneurs.

Elements of the regional investment standard:

  • The investment declaration defines the work and interaction of the economic block, provides business with guarantees.
  • The Astrakhan Region Development Corporation is a "one-stop shop" for working with investors.
  • The Investment Committee is to ensure interaction between the OIV/RSO/OMSU and investors.
  • The investment map is a display of investment sites with detailed information on resources and available connections.
  • A set of investment rules - algorithms for investor actions, containing the number of steps, requested documents and deadlines for connecting to infrastructure facilities.
