A large-scale investment project

The Land Code of the Russian Federation provides for the conclusion of a lease agreement for a land plot owned by the state or municipal without bidding in the case of granting a land plot to legal entities in accordance with the order of the Governor of the Astrakhan Region for the implementation of large-scale investment projects.

When providing a land plot in state or municipal ownership without bidding, large-scale investment projects must meet the criterion established by the Law of the Astrakhan Region dated 03/04/2008 No. 7/2008-OZ "On certain issues of legal regulation of land relations in the Astrakhan region" and according to which the investment project was assigned the status of a "particularly important investment project" in accordance with the procedure established by law.

These support measures are provided in accordance with the Law of the Astrakhan Region dated 03/04/2008 No. 7/2008-OZ "On certain issues of legal regulation of land relations in the Astrakhan region" (part 2 of Article 6.1).
