The investment potential of Kamyzyaksky district was discussed at a working meeting

The Kamyzyak district administration hosted a working meeting between Irina Melnikova, Director General of the Development Corporation, and Mikhail Cherkasov, head of the municipality. 

The main topic of the meeting is the creation of comfortable conditions for entrepreneurs and the filling of the investment map of the Astrakhan region.

To date, 22 land plots have already been presented on the investment map of the region from Kamyzyaksky district. Most of them (14) are intended for agriculture, which emphasizes the agricultural specialization of the territory. The list also includes 4 housing construction sites (three in the district center and one in the village of Ivanchug), 2 production bases and 2 sites promising for hosting a holiday home.

In addition, during the meeting, the possibility of placing capital construction projects on the map that may be of interest to businesses was noted.

Special attention was paid at the meeting to the involvement of unclaimed agricultural land shares in the turnover. The head of the municipality instructed the relevant services to step up work on registration of such plots in municipal ownership. This will allow them to be quickly put on the investment card in the future, increasing the supply for agricultural investors.

The availability of engineering infrastructure remains a key issue for potential investors. In this regard, an agreement was reached to obtain up-to-date information from resource supply organizations on the possibility of connecting land plots to electricity, gas, water and heat supply networks. This information will be collected on all promising investment sites in the district.

The parties discussed the possibilities of the feedback platform "POS Business", through which entrepreneurs can promptly send questions and suggestions to the authorities.

Following the meeting, a plan of further actions was formed aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of the Kamyzyaksky district and increasing the number of objects represented on the map.
