With the support of the Development Corporation, Astrakhan entrepreneurs have attracted more than 16 billion rubles into the business.

The Astrakhan Region Development Corporation (overseen by the regional Ministry of Economic Development) approved 532 loan applications totaling more than 2 billion 300 million rubles from 2024 to the current period of 2026. This allowed the business to attract over 16 billion rubles of investments for development.
 
 
State business support measures are being implemented within the framework of the federal project "Small and medium-sized Enterprises" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
 
Astrakhan entrepreneurs can receive a loan guarantee for business development or an independent guarantee for participation in public procurement under 44-FZ and 223-FZ. These services are provided by a specialized division of the Corporation - a regional warranty organization.

The funds received will be used to purchase and modernize fixed assets, introduce new technologies, develop exports and import substitution.

Independent guarantees are in high demand: 97 guarantees worth 241 million rubles have been issued. The total value of contracts concluded by SMEs under corporate guarantees in the public procurement system exceeded 1 billion 700 million rubles.
 
Since the beginning of its activity, the Russian Geographical Society has provided financial support in the amount of more than 30 billion rubles.

Astrakhan region is one of the leaders in financial support for small and medium-sized businesses. Currently, the Russian Geographical Society ranks 4th in the Southern Federal District in terms of financial support (loans provided).
