A working meeting of representatives of PJSC DOM was held in the Astrakhan region.The Russian Federation and JSC "Astrakhan Region Development Corporation". The key topic on the agenda was the discussion of the restoration of cultural heritage sites and the involvement of unused federal property in economic turnover, as well as the preparation of a strategic partnership agreement.

During the meeting, the participants discussed practical cases of the implementation of cultural heritage sites. Promising sites have already been put up for auction. In the Trusovsky district, investors are offered a property complex that includes a building with an area of 6.2 thousand square meters and a plot of 2.33 hectares - a scale that allows them to accommodate a wide variety of business projects. In addition, three land plots with a total area of about 150 hectares have been put up for sale in the Privolzhsky district. The proximity to the regional center makes this location attractive, and the potential of the territory allows for the construction of more than 764 thousand square meters of housing. Comfortable purchase conditions are provided for investors, including installments for 5 years in equal quarterly installments. The auction will be held on October 5, 2026.

As representatives of PJSC DOM noted.Russia, today it has become easier and more profitable to restore historical buildings. The program of preferential loans from DOM.The Russian Federation has been updated. Since March, the 6% rate applies to projects for hotels. Previously, a minimum of 10 rooms had to be created in the facility, and its total area had to be at least 500 square meters, but now there are no such restrictions. The period of elimination of loan violations has been extended from 6 to 9 months, and the period for reimbursement of lost income after acceptance of work has been extended from 2 to 5 years. The maximum loan amount for 1 window is from 1 to 2 billion rubles, depending on the area of the facility. The condition is valid for contracts concluded on October 1, 2026. The new terms of the program will help the regions attract additional investments and give an impetus to the development of tourism. An important aspect of the meeting was the discussion of cooperation with the regional guarantee organization. Anastasia Anisimova, Deputy General Director of the Astrakhan Region Development Corporation, spoke about her willingness to provide guarantees to SMEs in case of insufficient collateral, including in partnership with DOM.RF Bank.
